How to dispute your ban

Introduction

Every player that has been banned in one of our game servers has the right to contest their ban within three days of being banned. It's important to read and follow these guidelines before you file a ban dispute.

Game server administrators will never ban a player without a proper reason. Each ban that a game server administrator makes has either a demo or a screenshot of the accused player. Once a ban dispute has been filed, the administrator(s) must provide the demo(s) and/or screenshot(s) publicly (by posting on the ban dispute thread) within three days.

The information you need to provide

When filing a ban dispute, it is important that you have the following required information. Failing to do so will result in a head administrator closing your ban dispute immediately.

How do I find my Ban URL?

Finding your Ban URL depends on the type of game server you were banned from i.e. CS16/CSCZ game servers have a different Ban URL compared to CSS game servers.
