Blacklisted ISP IP address ranges

Due to the amount of cheaters we get from each of our game servers on a daily basis, we've started blacklisting ISP IP address ranges in order to prevent cheaters from circumventing our bans. Unfortunately, this not only affects the cheaters but also everyone that uses the blacklisted ISP IP address range.
If there is a substantial amount of cheaters coming from a certain ISP IP address range (10+ bans), the IP address range from that ISP will be automatically added to the blacklist. Blacklisted ISP IP address ranges are hard coded which is why they do not show up in our ban lists.
How do I remove the ISP IP address range from the blacklist? =
First you have to find out what your current IP address is. If for example, your IP address is '1.2.3.4', then you have to take the first two octets of that ban '1.2.' and search for all the current standing bans on AMXBans Search. If it returns 30 bans, then all those 30 bans needs to be removed or 30 - 11 = 19 since the minimum amount to get blacklisted is 10 bans.

How do I avoid being blacklisted?
There's currently two possible ways to avoid being blacklisted. Here they are:
- Buy the game on Steam.
- Download the PGN client available at http://joinpgn.com/torrents/.
